How to Apply

If you wish to apply to the Graduate Program Concentration in the Reproductive Sciences please follow the directions indicated below.

The deadline for applications is March 1st for Fall Semester admission.  The following items MUST be received by the Department of Physiology by this deadline date.  All application items should be sent to:

Required application items:

• School of Medicine Doctoral Admission Application Form.  [This form and instructions are available at:  https://app.applyyourself.com/?id=wayne-grad General information regarding admission to the Graduate Program is available at: http://gradprograms.med.wayne.edu/degree.php.
• Department of Physiology Application Form[PDF]
• Official transcripts from all institutions attended.
• Graduate Record Exam (GRE) Scores.
• Three letters of recommendation (minimum of two from undergraduate faculty members).
• Personal statement.
• TOEFL scores (international students only).
• $50.00 application fee (check payable to Wayne State University in U.S. dollars).

In addition, a personal interview or telephone interview may be requested.
